Exchange or returns won’t be accepted after 3 days of delivery.

When you reach out, please share a clear photo or video of the product along with its original packaging. Our team will take care of the rest.

Exchange is available in the following cases:

• You need a different size.
• You received a damaged or defective item.
• You received the wrong product.
• There are visible signs of damage upon delivery.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only for the above reasons.

We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is ₹ 150, which will be deducted from your refund credit.

A credit note will be issued against the returned item, valid for 6 months and redeemable on your next purchase.

Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and process your request. We’ll handle it with the same attention and care that goes into every House of Kadam piece.

Each credit note is applicable only once and cannot be reused. Once issued, exchanges and returns are not available.
