Estimated Delivery Time

We typically deliver orders within 7 working days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, your location, and regional logistics constraints.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 10 days, you will be notified promptly via email or WhatsApp.

Order & Shipping Notifications

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a second email containing shipping and tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Coverage & Exceptions

We continuously evaluate the performance of our delivery partners to maintain a high standard of service. In some cases, delivery to specific pin codes may be temporarily suspended or unavailable.

If your address falls outside of our serviceable areas:

  • Your order will be cancelled.

  • A full refund will be initiated.

  • You will be notified of the cancellation via email or WhatsApp.

There are no hidden charges, additional taxes, or surprise fees.
The price displayed on the product page is final and all-inclusive—what you see is exactly what you pay, with GST and shipping charges included.

Note:
Public holidays and Sundays are not counted as working days for delivery timelines.
